Interested in getting to know the Bible better? Want to grow in your relationship with the church family at Burns? There is no better way than participating in the Sunday School program at the church!
Sunday School is at 9am. We have classes for all ages staffed by some great teachers.
Our two adult classes are:
In the Desert: a Study of the Book of Numbers with James Hinkle in the auditorium. They’ll be on lesson #11 on April 3, and moving through one lesson per week afterwards. You can view or print the Numbers study guide online.
Gods at War: Defeating the Idols that Battle for Your Heart with Randy Fuqua and Charlie Dauphin in the media room. This class discusses the different idols that war for our attention: money, power, sex, selfishness…you name it, it tries to lead us astray.

We’ll be “Getting to Know the New Testament” as we study the letters. We’ll be covering one epistle each week as we try to get a feel for what the apostles meant when they wrote these powerful messages of God.
Come hungry for the word, because we’ll dig in and make the most of our time together. Come hungry for food, too! Many in the early class go to lunch together after class, and supper is available at the church building at 6pm.
