This is the last Sunday of the current quarter—try not to cry! THANK YOU to all of our teachers who do such a great job. You work so hard and make our time together productive and enjoyable. Our church family is better because of you!
Here’s what’s coming up:
Sundays at 9am:
Auditorium Class: “Heroes of Faith.” We’ll be studying the great men of faith described in Hebrews 11…and some great men of faith will be teaching us. Keith Oliver, Jeff Kuhns, Jonathan Rolston, John Gabriel, Adam Jude, Eric Petty, Adam Dulworth, Marshall Sullivan, Randy Fuqua, butch Jack, Bill Surratt, Shad Welch, and Joe Markin will each be taking a turn bringing a lesson.
Young Adult and College Class. We’re trying something new next week by beginning a special class for our Under-30 crowd—including our new high school graduates. (We may or may not check for ID at the door!). James Hinkle will be leading this class and it’s going to be great. He’ll talk about “Caring Enough to Confront” – a really important life skill that most of us don’t really enjoy, and a few of us enjoy too much!
Wednesdays at 10:30 and 6:30:
We just cracked open the book of Acts last Wednesday night, so it’s not too late to get in on the ground floors. We’ll be studying Acts 1 this week. “Homework” sheets are available in the lobby and in the classroom downstairs.
If you’ve ever found yourself thinking, “I wish I understood more of the Bible” or “I want to know how this fits into my life,” Sunday School is the place to be. You can ask questions, get answers, and go deeper in the Word than you would alone. We’ll save a seat for you!
